This is the easiest recipe to make and my kids love it.
Creamy Baked Chicken and Rice
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks or left as whole pieces
1 to 2 cups instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
season with salt, pepper, garlic,
I use minced onions sometimes
Combine all ingredients into a 9x13 greased glass pan, pop into the oven at 350 and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. If you use the larger pieces, baking time may be longer, depending.
Also, I usually don't use exact measurements when I make this so if the mixture looks a little dry then add water or milk or more soup.
It is very easy and tasty.
