Need short idea like 4 min for Silent film

My DD12 is part of a online group of 10 girls that make short movies everyother week. This weeks theme is Silent Film and cant come up with a story and needs to be done on thursday. has to be 3-5 minutes long and like 1 to 2 characters and not in our house has to be outside or at a gym or a store.

Why doesn't she have someone walking down the street and drop something, then someone can catch up with them and give it back. Maybe have the person returning the item go through some obstables or something.

A group sitting around couting money and then buying an ice cream to share.

Re-enact the scene in Lilo and Stitch where stitch destroys the city ala Godzilla. She can use stuffed Teddy bear, cut to shots of people "screaming" in horror, and then have the smoke coming out of the cities ashes.
