Need scheduling advice

The day we are doing MK (Oct 15th) it is only open until 7pm. I plan on doing BBB at 8am-ish and CRT around 10ish and I want to do Tony's Town Square for dinner. Lunch will either be a snack or a CS, or nothing.

So my questions:
1) Am I leaving enough time for BBB and CRT? Am I leaving to much time inbetween?
2) What time should I try and get dinner for? I would still like a little time in the park afterwards, but I am not sure I will have much time for anything. Our only other MK time is from 4pm until close when we do MNSSH.

What would you do?

The day we do MNSSH I was going to have a very early dinner at Chef Mickey before going over to the park.

I don't want to have no time to do anything but eat....please help, I have to make my reservations tomorrow AM.

I took my niece to BBB last October for an 8:05am appt. She did the Castle package and if I remember correctly she was done before 9am. If you get and 8:05 ressie for BBB you should be able to go on some rides in Fantasyland before your CRT ADR.

If I was you I would try to get the earliest possible dinner seating for Tony's. This way they can't get behind and you won't spend valuable park time waiting for an ADR.

Ok, which package are you doing for BBB? They say that it takes 30 minutes for the Crown & 1 hour for the most expensive one. So I would say you have plenty of time between them, enough time for pictures at the photo place, etc. It might be a little bit extra time, but you could try and get into CRT earlier, if it is, or try and ride a few rides. Obviously, I wouldn't change it

I booked my BBB for 10:15 & CRT for 11:45 and am doing the crown (middle package).

As for dinner time, I would do an earlier dinner (say 4:30 or so), so you have time after. Plus you could skip lunch and be hungry for dinner earlier.

Should I do Tony's maybe at 7, when the park closes, so I don't waste park time? I was thinking about going to Beaches and Cream at park close for dessert, for my daughter's birthday. Should I not do Tony's at all? I feel like all we will be doing in the park that day will be waiting on lines and eating

Then I would definitely think an hour to 1 1/2 hours would be enough time especially early in the morning before they had a chance to get behind. I saw your other post. I definitely think you should see what you can get for CRT as that might determine the time of your BBB appointment. I left 1 1/2 hours between because I want to do the photo op.

As for cancelling Tony's that is up to you and what your other ADRs look like the rest of the week, whether you are on the dining plan or not. Personally, I would cancel it, doing a late dinner at 7pm, might also work out, if there is one available. I think eating at CRT & a CS (like Cosmic Ray's or something) would be enough, as I would want more park time. That's what I am doing on my CRT day, but we are going for lunch.

I promised my husband I would over plan this trip. I guess I will see what he says tonight. We are doing the deluxe dining plan, but I don't care about maximixing my saving on it, we plan on doing CS meals also. I only have so much time in MK. I think I will make the ADR for around 4:30 in Tony's and as it gets closer decide if I want to keep it or do something else.

If the park is closing at 7:00 for a Halloween party, they will not let you stay for a 7:00 reservation at Tony's unless you have party tickets...it's not like EMH where they let people stay to shop & eat...you actually have to have the wristband to even be in the park. If you really want to eat there, I would book Tony's for around 4:00 p.m. if that's possible. If they don't do dinner that early, then I would skip it. If you're just wanting a table restaurant in the MK, The Plaza might be quicker -- it is a menu restaurant (and very pretty in there) but the menu is sandwiches/salads so it's quick. And there's all the lovely ice cream desserts from the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor - would save you a trip over to Beaches & Cream. Or how about 1900 Park Fare over at the Grand Floridian after the park closes...especially if daughter will still be dressed up...the dinner meal there is with the stepsisters, Cinderella & the Prince. If you don't want another character meal that day, the Grand Floridian Cafe is another very pretty restaurant with usually quick service but very good food...it's one table service if you're on a dining plan. Lovely desserts there too, and elegant for celebrating a little princess's birthday. The Grand Floridian would be a cool place to take some birthday pictures, too.

We did 1900 Park Cinderella Dinner last time at Disney, when we celebrated DD 3rd birthday (see a trend here )

The dessert after the park was just to have something to do after the park closes but before bed type of thing. I don't really want to eat dinner that late.

I will do Tony's at 4ish and decide as it gets closer if I want to keep it or just do a CS meal for dinner instead.

We find that meals spaced at about 6 hours apart works well for our family, if we're not having a snack. If we're planning a 'heavy' snack (like a funnel cake, a bakery pastry, large ice cream, something like that) then we can go about 7-8 hours apart comfortably.
