Hi,

I'm lookng for suggestions on some restaurants in Epcot. We are not picky eaters for the most part. My kids are 11, 8, and 6. They aren't too picky either. I really wanted to try Le Cellier but that seems impossible to get into. We have done Mexico before and I really love it there but we are looking for something different.
Thanks
Kristin

I really like the lunch at Les Chefs de France, and Coral Reef is good too! I think Le Cellier is overrated, IMO. Better steaks on property.

Some of our favorites are the Rose & Crown, the Biergarten, and Restaurant Marrakesh.

Teppan Edo is good and very entertaining, but there are much better hibachi restaurants where I live!

Can't agree with this more. Love the macaroni at Chefs de France, and the flatbreads are delicious. Coral reef- the mahi and mushroom lasagna were rreally good. And we had three delicious desserts there too.

Three of my favorite EPCOT restaurants--Nine Dragons in China, Biergarten in Germany and the Coral Reef in the Living Seas.

I would go with Teppan Edo.. It seems to be very popular with children.. Or if you are able to there is the Garden Grill that is a character meal over in The Land.

My kids loved Teppan Edo. That is the one place they have asked to return to. We have always enjoyed Biergarten as well.

We have eaten in Epcot alot and only one bad experience and that was Garden Grill. After waiting 40 minutes for a table they sat 6 of us at a 4 top table and when we said that was unacceptable we had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get a larger table.

OK..if you want really good food, head to Flying Fish on the boardwalk, IL Mulino at the Swan or Blue Zoo at the Dolphin with your family. All will be fantastic.

Tutto, Marrakesh, Biergarten are all fantastic. Chefs de France is good as well.

Table Service
We have enjoyed our lunches at the Coral Reef more than the dinners. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and your kids will enjoy watching the marine life. The food is delicious.

Biergarten is also a very fun experience, but it can be a time-consuming affair. Expect to spend two hours between waiting for a table (yes, with a reservation), sitting down, eating, and paying for your bill. But hey, it's just like Europe! So, when in Germany!

Quicker Options
Sunshine Seasons is a popular place for lunch, for good reason. It has good, healthy, and fresh food for a reasonable price.

In Norway, the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe has outstanding gourmet sandwiches (think of the most delicious Reuben Sandwich and double the taste and calories). There's not typically a line, and their baked treats are out of this world, well, continent, anyway.

We've enjoyed the Biergarten (did the lunch buffet and loved that the kids got to participate in the "show") and the restaurant in Italy. We eat at hibachi restaurants here and the kids love it, but we've never tried it at WDW. If it's something you don't normally do, it would definitely be fun to try.

I definitely agree! Love the "School bread" and other yummy goodies.

Biergarten is fun and if you go when they first open (@ 12), we found the experience to be not too time-consuming. I think we were there for an hour total.

Coral Reef- fish! big aquarium! I'm sure the food is very good, though I haven't eaten here in 10 years. We're going back this December for an early lunch, 11:35. I figure we have a better chance of a better seat if we go when it first opens.
