Need Restaurant for Anniversary Dinner on Easter 2004?

My DH and I will be traveling to WDW on April 11 next year which happens to be Easter and our 17th wedding anniversary. I need a nice restuarant to celebrate but I don't want it to be real crazy due to Easter.

Any suggestions???

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here in June. Food and service were excellent. A bonus was it was not crowded and on the quiet side,which was very welcome after a day in the parks. I think Palio is one of the WDW restaurant best kept secrets.

Cal Grill- beautiful view, excellent food

Flying Fish - good food, very nice restaurant

Yachtsmans St- hidden treasure, excellent food, first class service, tends to be quieter then some other restaurants

Citricos - wonderful restaurant, off the beaten path, quiet

V&A - the best of everything, incredible place to celebrate any special occasion.
