Need reservations in December

Just yesterday the dates I had planned on booking were available.. not the case when I called today. I have booked for a full hook-up site at the fort Dec 15-20. We were really wanting to stay until the 22nd.

I have checked the online site... Dec 15-22 is not available. However Dec 15-20 is and the 20-22 is. Why can't I combine the 2??

Help, what should I do.

You would be better off calling direct and speaking to someone in person. Sometimes you will get a great CM who can work out things for you. December is getting very hard to book.

And make the reservation that you can, and keep calling to try and add/change. Persistence pays off.

I know why. December 20 starts Holiday Season. They don't want you to have those last two days at the lower rate. The online engine just won't let it happen. Try calling and see what they can do over the phone.

Yesterday I called again -this time to make my payment... and the cm said there was no reason for me not beable to book it. I made the comment about the holiday rate.. she siad I should have still been able to book the entire trip for the lower rate. She put me on hold for what seemed like forever.. I sang along to the disney music

When she came back she had the trip combined and saved me $98. Wasn't that nice of her!!

Now my trip is booked and paid in full... count down time
