Need Redweek info. ASAP

We have rented in the past from owners that have listed their rentals on redweek. We are discussing a rental with an owner that is overseas and that uses the Vacation Escrow Service offered on the redweek website. I have never rented from an individual that uses this service - nor from an overseas owner. Has anyone used this escrow service as a renter on redweek? We need to finalize the rental tonight, if we are going to proceed. So if anyone has used this service, would you please let me know asap if it worked out well for you?

I have never dealt with that service either. The house we love the owners are in Pa. Its five bedrooms four baths really nice and clean. any question pm me we loved it so much we are going back down in Aug.
