Need Recommendations for Orlando Airport Hotel

Hi, flying in one night early on a later flight, and just need a place to crash for the night before starting early the next day for our hotel...

Was thinking of staying right at/near the airport.

Anyone have a recommendation as to where to stay (and where NOT to stay!)?

Just last year I stayed at the Sheraton Suites just North of the airport for a couple of night for a business meeting. It was nice.

There were also a number of hotels in that area that seemed okay for one night.

WE have also stayed at the Sheraton Suites at the airport through a Pricelione bid...this year we bid a 3* for $50 and received the Marriott which is close to the airport as well.

In May, we will be staying at the Crown Plaza Orlando Airport. You didn't say when your trip was, but I'll do a report on it when I return.

We bid 3* or 2 1/2 * on Priceline after checking out winning bids on www.biddingfortravel.com Some of our favorites are the Amerisuites (great breakfast buffet) and the Marriott. Depending on the time we arrive, we may wait until the next am to pick up our rental car if it saves us money.
