Need recommendations for nice (non-expensive) place with screened in balcony.

DH and I going to be taking a trip to WDW at the end of January. It's going to be our first trip without the kids in 5 years so we were really hoping to find a place that had a private balcony for us to relax on after we get back from the parks at night. We would prefer it be screened in but it doesn't have to be. Since it's just DH and I we don't need a villa or house...(if the price is right of course we will take it though. ) I have been looking around but not having much luck trying to find a nice, clean hotel under the $70 range per night. All I'm seeing with balconies are condo's, houses, and villas. If anyone knows of one please let me know. We may be out of luck...but I figured I would check here first before we settled on something else.

Since you are going in Jan, you shouldn't need a screen as it isn't usually very "buggy" that time of year. I can't think of anywhere for under $70... but I would check iinto the Sheraton Vistana for a one bedroom. Dreams Unlimited have some awesome rates if you agree to no housekeeping...

Imperial Palms, Royal Palms, and Sabal Palms villas thru Marriott all have screened in porches.

The owner we used is $399 a week in january, that's even better than your budget.

TinkerbellNYC...Do you know if there a 7 night minimum rental from where you rented. DH and I will only be there 5 nights.

Both Cypress Pointe Resorts offer 1 Bedroom units with private screened balconies for rent. Should be low priced in January. Get rates.
