We are going to Universal for a day in two weeks. I am wondering which rides to try and do first and what order? Are there some rides that usually always have a long wait? We are not getting the express pass.:cool2:

Which park are you going to visit? Both? The attractions at the Studios that usually have long waits are: Shrek 4-D, Revenge of the Mummy, The Simpsons and MIB.

At IOA: Hulk, Spiderman, Dueling Dragons and Jurassic Park River Adventure (depending on the weather).

In that case...do Shrek 4-D and Jimmy Neutron since they're located near the entrance. Then head around the park...you could either do The Simpsons and go that way or go to RoTM and go around that way.

We found the longest lines at Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, The Revenge of the Mummy, Men in Black and Earthquake (now Disaster). We went in the summer (peak time) and didn't have Express Passes. We made sure to get there prior to park opening so we were at the turnstiles when the park opened. We did The Mummy first then went back (short distance) and did Shrek and Jimmy Neutron. We then went over to Men in Black and then to Earthquake. Lines still weren't bad to the kids did the Mummy again (several times) and then we started to rides we hadn't done yet and see the shows.
