1 can tomato soup
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 lb. noodle(uncooked)
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 pieces of chicken


:confused3 :confused3 What the heck is a 1 lb. noodle? :confused3 :confused3 Could not find a 1 pound noodle at any of the stores I went to. :confused3 :confused3

That is almost as bad as when my husband was making rice, and called to ask me what the "yield" was he was supposed to add.

Anyway..who would have thought that a recipe website would omit words and have typos, the nerve! I found this recipe from Working Moms Refugee and this recipe has several!!

Chicken Noodle Casserole
from Sue Atkinson

1 can tomato soup
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 lb. noodle(uncooked)
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 pieces of chicken



Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish. Place chicken on topoff everything. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Could someone tell me if this is good? I'm trying to decide if I want to make it or not. I was sold until it said tomato soup AND cream of mushroom. Could someone give me an idea of what it tastes like all together?
 
I make something similar, only using a can of diced tomatoes instead of tomato soup; my way, it's pretty tasty!
 
Do use in boned chicken or boneless chicken. This receipe does not say which one to use.
 
I use a couple of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cup up into 3-4 smaller pieces each.
