Heading back to the World in September and am kinda stuck on what to do for breakfast on one of our Epcot days. Sunshine seasons was our go to place, but since breakfast is no longer an option I need a place for a breakfast sandwich for myself and a combo breakfast plate ( eggs, meat, pancake/waffle) for hubby. We usually hit rope drop and head to whichever tier 1 attraction we don't have FP+ and then pause for quick breakfast and coffee.

La Cantina in Mexico recently started breakfast http://allears.net/dining/menu/cantina-de-san-angel/breakfast
Also Norway recently added breakfast Norway http://wdwnt.com/blog/2016/06/revie...breakfast-service-introduces-frozen-desserts/

Otherwise there is
France http://allears.net/dining/menu/boulangerie-patisserie-les-halles/all-day
Or Starbucks http://allears.net/dining/menu/fountain-view/all-day

Nowhere in any of the parks offers a combo breakfast plate for quick service. If you want "American" then a Starbucks sandwich might be the best option. Or you could walk to Beach Club (http://allears.net/dining/menu/beach-club-marketplace/breakfast), but that seems a lot of effort.

Les Halles is a solid breakfast choice. They have little quiches that are very tasty.

Another option is to take the ferry from IG over to the Boardwalk Bakery.
