need princess advice

Has anyone had any luck getting ressies for any type of meal with Cinderella late in the game? My sister has just decided her and her whole family are joing me on my trip to the world. Which is great The thing is my 4 year old niece is a toatal princess ! We now have 8 people in our group. Should I just call every day hoping for a cancellation? Does anyone have any better ideas? Thank you and please sprinkle some pixie dust on me!

When is your trip? You might try for dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella, that might be easiest to get. I'd also ask if there is anything available for either the Princess Storybook breakfast or CRT breakfast. Cinderella isn't at PSB, but other princesses are.

Do you have a PS, already? Do you have boys in your group? Why not make it a special girls only event and the guys can do something else.

We were able to get the Cinderella dinner at 1900 Park Fare about a month out. I also got PSB PS about 2 months out. I consider myself lucky to get those since it seems like so many people make their PSs 90days out so I was getting a late start (didn't even plan the trip until about 2 months out).

One thing I've read that I'll try is to call for CRT breakfast within 2 days of the date we want to go. Since people must cancel by 48 hours prior to their PS or be charged for the meal, I'm hoping to get one of those cancellations. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that having just DD and me for the PS will increase our chances over people with 5 or more.

LisaZoe is right. Try 48 hrs b4 the day you want to have your breakfast. You need to leave a credit card now when you book your ps & you have up to 48 hrs b4 the date to cancel. I have even heard about people getting in just by going to the castle when they want to eat & there are openings so you never know! In the meantime, you can certainly call daily but definately call 48 hrs in advance!

we got our crt only a month in advance and actually had a few choices of times! and we're also going in september... also, if you plan to try every day, rather than run up your phone bill, give the 1-800-828-0228 number a try... it has saved me big bucks on lots of hold time!

All are very difficult to get, but your best bet is probably the dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Just keep checking right up to the day that you want to go... I have seen some people get lucky.

If that doesn't work and you can get away w/ substituting Alice in Wonderland and Mary Poppins for princesses, you might try the breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. We did this a couple of years ago, and my daughter actually liked it better than the princess breakfast at Epcot that we finally were able to get on another trip. The buffet at 1900 Park Fare is the best breakfast buffet, bar none! The characters were really interactive too... especially Alice... she was loads of fun!
