Hi, My Dsis could use some prayers please. We just found out she is pregnant and now she is spotting. It is not bad and it is a real light pink.I have lost 3 and I am thinking the worst,But I am not showing any concern in front of her.She called the DR and she said that there could be alot of reasons why she is spotting. If she is still spotting in the morning I will take her to the DR.I think they need to check her levels nd see if they are rising or not.

I am so worried Please say a prayer for her and the baby.
I want this to happen for them more than anything.

If this has happened to you please share.

Misty

Misty ~ I did have this happen to me with my daughter. She was my third child and it had never happened with the boys. It was also light in color. I called the doctor (freaking out) and they said if it continued to come to the office but said it could be nothing. It did stop on its own and now I have a very healthy 7-year-old little girl. Good luck to your sis. Thinking good thoughts that it is just a little spotting and nothing more.

Good wishes and prayers, Misty, for your sister and baby. Do hope all goes well and a continued safe, comfortable to term pregnancy.

I know how scary that can be, I will be sending best wishes and good thoughts her way!

 Prayers being said! Please keep us posted on how your sister is doing! Sending some pixie dust for good measure, too!

It is scary. I spotted with all three of my girls and really heavy with dd1. I now have three healthy children.

My prayers will be with your sister.

Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts.
I am off tomorrow and I will be with her all day.I just hope things will be OK.
I really want to be an Aunt and I want more than anything for her to be a Mother.
We will take all the thoughts and prayers you can spare.

Misty

Will definitely say a prayer for your sis. How good of you to be strong around her and not scare her - I'm sure she needs your strength.

 Just prayed for your sister.

I haven't had that experience, but my mom has. When she was pregnant with my oldest brother, she spotted 3 times. She had a normal pregnancy, other than that, and he was healthy when he was born.

Good luck to your sister.

Prayers for your sister. {{{{}}}}

My first pregnancy, I had a spot, a little tiny spot of blood, and called the dr, they told me it was probably nothing, but I went in anyway, and when I had the sonogram there was no heartbeat, the baby hadn't even grown. (I was 10 weeks pregnant)

Pregnancy #2-5 weeks, heavy bleeding. Knew I was miscarrying, told work that's I'd be out a couple of days because I was probably going to have a D&C like last time..off to the OB, lo and behold, the ultrasound showed that everything seemed fine.

Week 6,week 7, week 8,week 9, every time on a Friday, heavy heavy bleeding, lots of bright red blood.
Every time I had to wait until Monday to see the OB, everytime I went in expecting to hear the worst and every time there was that heartbeat showing up. :D
They never figured out why I had so much bleeding..and my daughter was born perfectly healthy 3 days before her due date.
You never can tell.

I think the general rule of thumb is if it is brown or light pink it is probably nothing to worry about. I will pray for good news!

added to my prayers
i spotted with both my girls so i know how scary it can be

Misty - prayers said for your sister.

I agree that she should have her HCG and Progesterone hormones monitored, especially if she has had trouble in the past. They can supplement progrsterone to get her through the early weeks.

DD5's PG began with spotting and low progesterone. I was on suppositories for 8 weeks and she was born healthy at 34 weeks.

Good luck.

We called the DR this afternoon and they wanted her to come in for a Rogam shot. Her blood type is A negative and his is B positive so they said she need the shot. They told her that if she had already started building antibodies that there would be nothing they could do:( ,but they said that more than likely that everything was just fine. They did do blood tests to check and see though.
But she is not spotting at all today so that is Definatly a good sign.
She is in good spirits, she wanted to go to Walmart and get a baby names book and What to expect when expecting.
She is so Excited I just hope everything is OK.They would be so Devastated is something were to happen.

If you all dont mind to continue prayers.
Thanks,

Misty

This happened to me with both of my boys, but not this one (a girl). It happened both times when my 2nd period would have been due. Very light pink spotting, hardly even noticable if I hadn't looked at the TP (sorry if to much info). I was told just to lie down, take it easy for the day, and I was fine, as were the babies.

Prayers said.
