For PM, this is how I do it; there may be other ways.
From this screen (where you are reading this), go up the page to click on 'Home' (between FAQ and Search, then you will see on the upper left "Welcome Back, (yourname)." then "Private Messages" below that.
BTW, I called MS and they have the dates available from 3/10 - 3/14 (missing the 9th, but I waitlisted for all of them). Please email me soon for a possible strategy. (you will find it in the PM).
