Need Points/Ressies Now, Will Repay Later

I'm a current member with home resort at BWV. I've already used my 2004 and 2005 allotment. I have just agreed to buy an OKW resale with current 2004 points that should close in May. Until the resale closes, I'm effectively "pointless".

Here's my problem: I need a 2br at Wilderness Villas for 3 nights, Sun Jun 6 - Tues Jun 8, which = 3nights x 34pts = 102pts.

I'd be glad to transfer back points once my resale closes in May. Is there a "point bank" that will lend me points for the short 2 months I need, then I'll pay back then? Makes sense that I'd be willing to pay a slight premium (pay back more than 102pts) for the flexibility to make my plans now. Any suggestions or interest?

Apologize in advance if I'm covering too much old ground here...I'm a newbie on this board and to the concept of renting/trading points. Thanks.
