Need Points for Spring 2006 large family

Hello,
Please understand I am NEW to points so if I ask the "wrong" way please forgive me.
I need points...I am not sure if it is renting of buying. I am planning a trip to Disney and I am not a DVC member.
I want to plan the trip for April 2006
I am looking for a 2 bedroom at any property that is not too $$$ We would like to stay a week or 10 days.
