Need pics of SSR please, ground floor studio

Hi, I've been to allearsnet.com and they only show the balconies, can anyone tell me if the ground floor patios are any different? Are they the same sisze and do they have a fence? Thanks!

hey- we were just there and all the bottom floors did not have any type of fence or railing. More like a concrete slab. (this is the main reason we wanted an upper floor)

Thanks, I was afraid of that because we really need first floor rooms. Were they as small as the balconies? Did you notice if there was a lot of foot traffic coming by them? Thanks again!

The ground floor patios are pretty quiet with little traffic - since there are no pathways leading to them and no public access to the buildings nearby.

Ryan840, I can think of two possible reasons that you might be looking for a ground floor, and I might be able to put your mind at ease. First, all buildings have elevators, so carrying luggage is not an issue. 2nd The railings are designed so that there is NO WAY a small child could fall thru the openings (We have a small child, and my wife was concererned as well until she saw the way the balcony was designed). So if either of these issues was a concern, I would not worry about a getting a ground floor unit.

dwetly- Thank you too, since there are elevators we can go ahead with an upper level! My mom has trouble with stairs and we just didn't want to lug the kids up and down all the time, so that is great news.
