Need pic posting help

I posted some pics on the CB, but they are so huge. They aren't that big when I open them from the website and they aren't that big when I open them on my PC. What's happening to them and how do I shrink them?

First, I went ahead and shrunk some of them for you. Just click edit to see the code I used.

I'm not an expert on the subject, but I've noticed that sometimes when I scan a picture, the software automatically shows it smaller than it actually is. If I don't click on the view "normal viewing size," I don't always realize that it's so big until I post it somewhere. I think that's why that happens. Maybe one of the other techies can explain it a bit better.

I also cropped the first picture of your dd and made it signature size. It just seemd like a brighter picture and she has such a cute smile. Your welcome to use it in your signature, but don't feel like you have to. Here's the pic:
