does anyone have this? I usually contact operations 5 days in advance of our arrival and they will set aside a particular room for us because of disability issues. When you go through the Disney reservations for special needs, I've often had problems. This makes my trip go much easier. I have never called operations at Wilderness lodge, and the operators don't want to connect you there. Once I get an operations person, I've always found them to be really helpful. I would appreciate it if anyone knows a direct number. Thanks!
