DD will be going on a 14 hour bus ride in about 10 days. Due to peanut and tree nut allergies, there can be no snacks on the bus that contain nuts.

So - if you can help me out, I would be most appreciative.

In addition to snack stuff, she will be bringing some fruit and some yogurt.

They'll be leaving about 2 cracks before dawn, so breakfast stuff is a must (i.e. the yogurt and fruit).

The bus will be stopping for lunch and supper, so I don't have to pack meals.

Thanks!

Nutrigrain bars used to be nut-free. Pop-Tarts, raisins, dry cereal in a baggie.

If you are looking for "treats" then there's the Kellog's Rice Krispy treats.

rice krispie treats

fruits/veggies (like carrots or the fruit cups)

I am trying to think what my ds eats but my mind is drawing a blank-he has a peanut/treenut/dairy/egg white allergy.

He likes apples & oranges.

Target has the Archer Farms brand that don't have nuts in them-like the nutrigrain bars, rice krispie treats, these chocolate mint bars that my kids like.

Cheezits (we don't buy them because they have milk in) or gold fish.

Pretzels

OK I am still drawing a blank.
