Need Parade Info

We will be at Disney World next week. Where does the day time parade begin? Main Street or Frontier Land? Where is a good place to view. What about from Sleepy Hollow? What time does Sleepy Hollow stop serving lunch?

I remember it running from Frontierland to Main Street. Comes from the left of Splash Mountain, I think.
