Need opinions on two itineraries

We're driving up to Anaheim next month and are going to stay 2 nights at the Disneyland hotel. We have two possible itineraries and I need to figure out which would be more desireable.


Itinerary #1
Monday, May 10th- Drive up in the morning, check into the hotel, spend the day at California Adventure
Tuesday, May 11th- Get up early and enter Disneyland early for the Magic Morning. Spend the day at Disneyland.
Wednesday, May 12th- Have a leisurely breakfast and spend a couple more hours doing our favorite rides again, then hit the road.


Itinerary #2
Tuesday May 11th- Drive up in the morning, check into the hotel, spend the day at California Adventure
Wednesday, May 12th- Spend the day at Disneyland
Thursday, May 13th- Enter Disneyland early for MM. Spend a couple of hours at Disneyland and headin' back home before noon



My only concern with itinerary #1 is that I hear Mondays are a lot more crowded than Tues- Thurs. (It's going to be the day after Mother's day, if that brings any kind of crowds, too). I hadn't really thought much of the Magic Morning thing, but after reading this site, it seems like it would really be a good idea of take advantage of that since we'll be staying at the hotel.



Any thoughts? Something I've overlooking?

I prefer #2 myself...but I love Tues, Weds & Thurs.....even during the busy seasons. The Monday following a holiday can bring larger crowds.
