Need opinions on Feb. 2016 itinerary, please!!

My family of 4, with 13yo DD and 8yo DS, will arrive at MCO on Presidents Day at 10am. Staying at BLT. I am trying to put together a rough itinerary so i can make my ADRs this week. Please let me know what you think. I used the easywdw recommended parks from the same week last year, but made some adjustments so that I can utilize am EMHs. We havent been to DW in 10 years but were at DLR 5 years ago. We are not really into characters and are more interested in rides. I plan to get 5 day hoppers:

Arrival day: Epcot WS (MAYBE procure FEA FP??)
Day 2: AK then hop to MK later
Day 3: HS then hop to EP later (illuminations at 9pm)
Day 4: EP am emh then hop to MK (wishes at 9pm)
Day 5: MK am emh then hop to EP
Departure day: we will probably do a resort character breakfast

Please let me know if you see any potential issues. Thanks!!

I'm assuming you don't have any interest in AK at night? I don't know what they will offer in February, but if you're into rides, I'm hearing the EE is a must-do at night time. Have a great trip!

We wouldn't prefer back to back EMH mornings Day 4 and 5. But you did specifically say you wanted that so you must be morning people! Enjoy!

I would suggest checking out what the "fireworks" display at HS will be while you are there. If they still have the Star Wars fireworks display, you will definitely want to take that in. It was spectacular!

I'm hoping that the star wars fireworks are still on then! We could skip that hop over to EP that night since we will be there for illuminations on the first night and will also be there for another am and pm. thanks!

One other thing I was considering was heading to HS on arrival day. I like how the schedule plays out in that scenario better. My concern is that we likely wont get into the park until at least 2pm and i worry about getting all the headliners done with the tiered fastpasses. And forget about the risk of the possibility of flight delays due to weather in February (coming from NY). We cannot miss ToT, RnR or TSMM! And that would likely be our only HS day. I may be wrong but i feel like i need to hit every park at opening (RD or EMH) at least once! What do you think??
