Little background... there are 5 of us... me, DH, DS 12, DD 11 and DD3
This is what I have picked for us so far...
Cape May Dinner (we are staying at BC and this is the night we arrive)
1900 Park Fare
Teppan Edi
Tusker House
'Ohana
Mama Melrose
Cape May Breakfast
Crystal Palace
Garden Grill

I think we have enough character dinning in there... I need a dinner idea please!

You'll get a lot of dissenting opinions on this but we really enjoyed it this past March. Food was good and view of the tank was really neat. We had luch rather than dinner.

What area are you looking to dine in?

We are staying at the BC and not exactly sure what are park will be that day so just about anywhere... including DTD.

I thought about there as we love the idea of Coral Reef... but we already are doing Cape May which is seafood also.

we loved coral reef too! We are also doing Cape May too. You can get other things other than seafood. What about Via Napoli or T-Rex?

How about...
Whispering Canyon
Maya Grill
Rose and Crown
California Grill
Boatwrights (This is my family's favorite and we go no matter what resort we are at )
Biergarten

How about Boma or Sanaa? Boma was our favorite restaurant last time, we can't wait to go back.

Kona Cafe

Mexico in WS.. either place

Sci Fi
50's PTC
Grand Floridian Cafe
Whispering Canyon
Kona
Boma
LTT (but we like it for lunch, so we have lunch there and do CS for dinner)

oh my lol!! See this is where I am they all sound good!!
Thinking that night will be a later dinner... so thinking in Epcot. Coral Reef is sounding better and better. And it's not Buffet which is a plus.
Then there is Planet Hollywood... don't we get some sort of GC with the Magic Your Package?

For a later Epcot night, I also recomment Coral Reef.

...or you could venture over to Sanaa or Boma at AK lodge. Fun place to see the animals and the food is good.

Sanaa- you can watch the animals before, after, and maybe during dinner
Restaurant Marrakesh- your DD may like watching the belly dancer; actually at 12, your DS may too :thumbsup2
Biergarden- it's a buffet with a band
House of Blues- live entertainment
Raglan Road- good food, loud fun

It might not be the most obvious choice, but I would suggest Chefs de France - especially if you can go during a time Remy is there. It was amazing! I don't know who loved it more, my husband and I or our kids. Just double check the days and times. The food was great, they were super attentive to special requests for our kids, and overall it was just a great experience. If that isn't your "thing" I would second Coral Reef - for the atmosphere alone - because the food wasn't the greatest. My kids loved it though and the tank can't be beat! Good luck deciding! :)

My friends and I enjoyed Planet Hollywood - and yes the package includes 15.00 off and a free souvenir. If I remember correctly it was a keychain.

We have enjoyed a lot of the same restaurants as those on your list. We also like:

50s PTC
Sci Fi
WCC
