IMO - drive to the parks and pay the parking. There aren't any really good shuttles for offsite hotels that I have ever heard of, and many hotels charge more for the shuttle than the Disney parking will set you back. The average hotel shuttle makes 3 or 4 trips to and from the park each day; rarely at times that are convenient to you. You could also use Uber or taxi if you really don't want to drive. Uber is probably comparable to parking if you aren't staying too far out.
Keep in mind that you will probably be saving more than the cost of parking in the reduced room rate offsite compared to Disney.
Maybe a little more information on budget, size of party, amenities desired, and whether you will be Disney only will help garner some suggestions. There are hundreds of options that meet your bill from small budget hotels, to luxurious resorts, to rental homes and villas.
