Okay, HELP! I go in September EVERY year and I love it. Circumstances have interfered and we must now postpone until the end of October. How are the crowds? The weather? Is the MNSSHP the only time I will be able to ride rides without a fastpass!? :confused3

I am already planning next SEPTEMBER and hopefully, nothing will go astray! :cloud9:

We went last October, the third week of the month. We never waited longer than 20 minutes in line for anything. Of course, we fastpassed Soarin and rides like that. And we got there at park opening and left in the afternoons to go swimming. So, your mileage may vary. But we loved October so much we're going then again this year.

The weather was pleasant in the mornings, but quite hot in the afternoons. About 87 every afternoon we were there. But, no rain. It only rained 1 hour our entire week there. So that was nice.

Completely OT from your thread, but I wanted to tell you that your little girl is so adorable!! What a great picture! :)

We are going the first week of October this year and don't expect it to be too crowded. Hopefully it won't be as hot as it is now either!

We were there late October, and found the crowds a little heavier than the previous November, but still quite manageable. We had a light rain when we were at BB, but it was sunny and warm most of the stay.

We love to go in October and will also be there the end of October this year. As others have said, it can still be pretty hot in the early afternoon, but it doesn't seem quite as humid as the summer months. We do FP some of the more popular rides, but depending on the time of day you don't always need to(except for probably Soarin'). We love the Food and Wine Fest. and the crowds really aren't bad for that either. You may get to ride more stuff at the MK more times during the Halloween Party, but all in all October is a great month to go.

We were there last year, last week of October. It was a little more crowded than I expected, but we ususally go in the really off peak times (early February, late August etc.) The weather was great- only rained on our last day and we flew in the day after a hurricane. We wore shorts the whole trip and never got "sweaty"- humidity was almost non-existant during the day!

Epcot WS was REALLY crowded due to F&W fest so expect to FP that park for sure. We stuck to Fantasyland in MK to the AM hours which worked out great, otherwise almost everything else was a 15-20 minute wait (usually less than the sign at the beginning of the ride indicated).

I think it is a great time to go!! Have fun!

We went last October and are going again this October. We found the crowds lighter than when we went in April. We had shorts weather the whole time. Epcot was fun with F&W going on. We will probably do October and April from now on.
