Need no salt/sugar recipes, please

My mom's friend is home awaiting a heart operation. She is also diabetic. Her doctor said she can have NO salt and of course she's on typical restrictions for diabetics. I would like to bring her a couple of meals but am really unsure as to what to make for her. Any recipe suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thanks!
