Need mypoints advice

I have now earned enough to cash out one last time with mypoints. The problem is that I still haven't received my last GC redemption from them (it has been almost 3 months now). I am redeeming for the same Olive Garden GC. Should I cash out now? I'm worried that by cashing out again, there will be a mixup at mypoints with regards to my GC from 3 months ago and this new gc. I've been emailing them regularly and they keep saying they'll resend it. Any suggestions? TIA!

I think I would call them, I don't have the number handy, but I will see if I can find it for you. I think it would be okay for you to go ahead and cash out again. I doubt one would effect the other. But, I have noticed that there seem to be a lot of people not getting their stuff from them. My mom has been waiting since mid june for a webcert (many emails are going back and forth about that!), and there are a bunch of people on mycoupons board that are complaining that they haven't gotten their stuff!
