Need mouse pads!!

Hi fellow diser's! Does anyone know where I can find inexpensive mouse pads? I am a teacher and run the computer lab at an elementary school. We are in desperate need of all new (30) mouse pads. I don't need anything fancy just your basic mouse pad. I've been researching on line and am not finding too much. I've also tried places like Office Max, etc. I've called places like banks, recruiters, etc. and haven't had any luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jenn

Oriental Trading has these "tropical calendar" mousepads for $6.99/dozen. Not a terrible price!

Geez, I had NO idea how expensive mouse pads were! Yikes!

They have them for $1 each at Michaels...I got one for my dd - you can insert a picture in it..very cute. Maybe they can give you a bulk discount?

What brand computers do you have in your lab? If you have Dell, there's a good chance that they'll comp you the mouse pads (they have for me before, but I used to order a lot of computers). If you have something else, try them. All they can say is no.

Our school does not use any mouse pads. Most articles I have read on them say to try without mouse pad -if it works fine then don't need them- some glossy surfaces etc can make the mouse jumpy.
We have them at home but kids don't use them- not sure if we need them or if we are just used to them.

this sounds strange,but I discovered craft foam- there are 2 types at Michaels,the thinner sheet,approx 8x11-and an 8x11 sheet that's approx. 1/4" thick- costs about 1.00 a sheet,or less on sale, I bought black,and cut it in half,so 2 mousepads for a dollar-it's non slip- I did this when looking for a mousepad,and couldn't find one cheap
