I am having 75 people over tomorrow night for a pasta bar. I bought 3 giant bags of meatballs from Sams club. I need to know the best way to cook them. I do not want to add them to the sauce as I am having three different kinds of sauces.
I have chaffing dishes. Please tell me the best way to prepare them?:confused3

Are they already cooked? If so, I might try baking them. That way you heat up a lot of meatballs at once and don't have to worry about frying pans, oil, etc.

I agree with the above post - I would bake them if you are not cooking them in a sauce.

I would bake them which is what I do with my meatballs Then put them in the chaffing dishes to serve.

Bake them. If possible, I would bake them on a pan with a rack so that the fat drains off.

Sorry, but I can't help but giggle at the paradox of the username and the question.

I'd bake them on a broiler so that the drippings fall right away from the meatballs.

Thanks so much. Baking was the way to go. I have just never done a party this big. I had so much food leftover. I need to be more careful of that in the future.
