Need Magical Express info

Can anyone flying into MCO use the Magical Express if they are not using a TA? If so where do they call to get their tags,etc? I know it will be on one of the airlines that use ME.Thanks for the help.

It doesn't matter what airline you use when taking DME to your resort.
