Need information on how tickets work at SW and Legoland

Hi! I have a problem. My mother in law was traveling with us to San Diego. We leave in a week. We just bought all of the tickets through Wild at Work a couple of days ago. She broke her foot last night! Would we be able to use the tickets with her names on them if we took a different grandparent or do we just eat the money? I'm not looking to do anything frowned upon, I'm just curious if anyone knows if the names are an important part of the ticket or not. The zoo tickets didn't have names on them, but Sea World and Legoland do. Thanks!
