I just recently went to a water park near my home town. Luckily for me I got in free due to my friend having coupons for my family. One thing I did notice though was that you have to pay to get into the park ...then have to pay for a float. I think that is rediculos. Is this the same policy at the Disney parks?

Floats are included - gratis - there is never enough of them though when it is busy

Thanks

Yeah, but you're also not going to get in "free with a coupon." I think your hometown waterpark has some kind of bait and switch going on. I've never heard of paying to get in, then also having to pay for the rafts you slide on.

It depends on the float... Wet n Wild had the circular rafts (like lazy river type) for rent, but you weren't required to rent them. There were more for "your own". I wouldn't call it convenenent because families were luggging them around all day.

But if you got to the park early enough, there were many of the "free" ones available. It was only after the busy time, the "rented" ones were being used.

Disney parks have free floats and life vests for your use. Our local Six Flags water park DOES charge for floats and you have to lug it around all day long, getting only part of your deposit back at the end of the day. HAVE FUN - Disney water parks are THE BEST!

WDW stopped charging for floats a while ago. When TL opened there was an additional charge to rent a float for the day (7-10.00 range). BB never had a charge.
