need info on grade A at Hard Rock

Does anyone know if this grade A program still exist at the Hard Rock? Also, one of my kids has 1 B and the rest A's. Would he qualify?

I would also like to know if they plan on doing this again this summer. I remember that last year having A's AND B's was fine. My children had it on their room key that they had the A+ and they were able to get free sodas at the Beach Club at the pool. Only once they made a mistake and charged a soda to our room (using a 7 year old's room key, go figure). I didn't bother to have it taken off. Between the 3 kids that used the program (one did not) they had gotten quite a few sodas. I hear many of the little extras don't exist any more. Too bad they make such a hugh difference.

Just got back from HRH. I had my kids A/B report cards in hand expecting the program to be in effect ( I called the hotel direct and they told me "oh, yeah awesome cool....") Unfortunately the program just ended in the spring and they are NOT going to have it anymore. It sure would have been nice having the free drink perk!!

We were there June 2-5 and our kids each got an inflatable guitar. We brought the report cards just in case, but they no longer had the grade a kids program this year.

Well, last summer we were told the kids had to have ALL As. So we were refused any gifts........... I understand the purpose of the promotion, I guess, but it was confusing, and I was glad my kids were not aware of it. (I was going to surprise them with the gifts).

I asked on 2 different days, and was refused both times, so it was not just one fellow making a mistake.

When we arrived at the Royal Pacific on May 30th they told me that the program had not started for the summer - go figure

does this mean that it will be coming this summer?

I'm so proud of DS13! He finished middle school with a 4.0.

High School in the Fall (ahhhhh!) and Eagle Scout Rank shortly thereafter.

I'd love to see that he gets extra perks for all his hard work!

I do not know what they are doing with the program. I do not think the young lady at the desk really knew either. You should call them to find out.

My son was really disappointed since he did so well.

I just tried at PBH and was told they don't do it any more. RPR told me the same the end of May. I told them at PBH how hard my DD10 worked to go from a 2.5 to 4. I had her report card, her honor roll certificate and a note of praise and pride from her teacher. The check-in clerk asked how old she was and said they should have something for her but never gave it to us. The reward is so insubstantial and promotes on-site restaurants. I was staying Club level so free sodas meant nothing to us. I can't understand why this program was abandoned.
