Need Ideas for DD Birthday Onsite

My DD is celebrating her 13th B-day the day we check in to WL. I would like to find a special way to surprise her but she is to "mature" to enjoy a surprise room decorating. I thought of a cake but since we are using the ddp, I figure we won't need any more desserts. Does anyone have any fun tips for a way to make her birthday special? Do any of the restaurants do anything spectacular? I know coral reef has the diver but she hated her food there last year. Thanks!

We were in WDW for a week this past August during my DD's 13th b-day.

She picked 2 character meals to do on her b-day:

Breakfast: in the castle
Dinner: Princess dinner in Norway.
(She's not into "princesses anymore, except at Disney, where we really get into all that).

During the day, she got a manicure at the Periwigs salon at the Beach Club (we were staying there)

That night, after dinner, we took an Illuminations b-day cruise with some friends of ours who were also staying at BCV. The boat was decorated with a banner, balloons, etc. I had also arranged for a b-day cake to be delivered to the boat. Our boat docked under a bridge to view Illuminations & the 2 cast members, everyone on our boat, & everyone on the boat parked next to us all sang "Happy B-day" to DD right before Illuminations began.

She had a great time, & we've already booked a trip for next year, to be taken during her 14th b-day.

I think a small treatment at a spa would be awesome for a 13 year old! Nothing too big, maybe a mani or a pedi or a first facial, which are usually not as expensive.

If you aren't opposed to such things, have her order a non-alcoholic cocktail when you are out for dinner.

I know every 13 year old is different but those are things I would have really liked when I was becoming a teenager.
