Hi all!
New to this board! Thanks, DoeWDW.
I'm trying to get some tips on eating better and maybe pick up a few recipes/ideas along the way.
I work from home so I have easy access to the kitchen, and the pantry calls my name about every two hours (b-fast, snack, lunch, snack, snack, dinner, sometimes dessert/wine). Eating frequently is good, but I also tend to grab not-so-good things for me (cookies, cokes, etc). I need to work through those cravings.
What I am looking for are some protein-heavy breakfast meals that will last me til lunchtime. I love bagels, cheese, p-nut butter, but don't care for eggs. Also don't want any fattening meats - like sausage - everyday. And I'm trying to cut out processed sugar b/c it makes me feel so sluggish.
Any ideas are appreciated!!! TIA!
