Need ideas for a great graduation gift

I need to come up with a great graduation gift for a friend and need help! I thought of giving him a nice watch, but he doesn't wear them very much. I want to get him something that he'll keep, not just something that will be cool for a minute and gone. And I don't really want to give him money or gift cards. Anyone got any great ideas? (And keep it realistic please....a million dollars or Megan Fox's phone number are out of the question )

Is he a disney fan?

If so, maybe a Picture to start an art collection?

I was thinking a watch also.... Maybe he doesn't wear one because he doesn't have a really great one.
