Need ideas- baseball caps?

I like to force (I mean, "encourage") everyone to wear matching T-shirts when we visit Disney, and we have a pretty good stockpile on hand (bleach pen Mickey heads, tie-dye, etc.)

When we went last March it was FREEZING so we didn't get any pictures of all of us in matching duds (even though we all wore our bleach-pen Mickey heads underneath our sweatshirts!)

We're going back in December so I wanted to make something we could all wear and still match, but that would also work if the weather is cold. I'm thinking baseball caps but have NO IDEA on how I could decorate them. Any ideas from the experts?

I'm thinking the same thing. We have plenty of tshirts and was wanting something a little different for our upcoming visit. I had the idea of using lanyards. Make laminated badges to hang on a lanyard. these would be fairly cheap, as lanyards are available for $1 at Michaels and Party City, and there wouldnt be much work involved, just print in color, trim out, and laminate!!Have a different one for each day/park(?) I dont know if your family are pin traders, but if you are youll have one of the lanyards already. We are going to trade this time for the first time. I've love to see some of our awesome DISigners on the board come up with some smaller badge style "badges" that we can use for this.

Any other ideas?

We're not pin traders, but lanyards are a good idea for variable weather. I mean, we could even wear them over ponchos if it's rainy. I have to go to Joanne Fabric this week so I'll check there too.

I would still like some hat ideas if anyone out there is feeling particularly creative!
