We are considering flying to Orlando the night before our villa reservation begins. I am looking for a hotel that can accomodate 4 adults for just one night. I've noticed many hotels are charging for additional adults in the room. It doesn't need to be fancy, just very clean. I don't want to pay more than $100 including all taxes and fees. I was considering the holiday inn lake buena vista because we were there a few years ago, and they don't charge for the 2 additional adults, but I'd rather stay somewhere without a resort fee as we won't be using anything but the room.

Any suggestions?

That's a tough question.

Most hotels won't "know" how many people are in the room anyways, as long as you're not causing problems.

That said, you'd need to be sure of getting at least two beds, which kind of eliminates Priceline.

The Embassy Suites in South Lake Buena Vista is VERY nice and new with free breakfast, evening cocktails, and free parking / no resort fees. It would likely be a bit over $100 though.

You could try bidding for TWO 3* rooms on Priceline. You stand an excellent chance of getting a good clean room, you'd have more space, and you could probably win a 3* bid for about $45/nt... With tax and all, it would still be a bit over $100 for the two rooms, but may be worth a thought at least...

Not sure what your dates are and if it would be available, but we stay at Orbit One occasionally and they do nightly rentals through Expedia. I've seen it as low as $66 a night, and as "high" as $120ish, but it's for a 2 bedroom condo. One king bed, two twins and a pull out sofa, so plenty of room for everyone. And they don't charge by adult, we had 4 adults there last fall plus one child and they didn't charge us anything extra. And it's very close to Disney, just down Sherberth Road (down by Animal Kingdom).

Caribe Royale is very nice and with 4 adults will give more room. No parking fees there and fairly close to the parks.

As a regular visitor to WDW mainly staying on site, we were very surprised at the quality/closeness of this resort and very happy. They have offers via mousesavers that include food credits as well. No extra charge for 4 adults.

Are you staying in a villa " outside " of the Theme Park area ?

If so & if you are Renting a car Then there are many Hotel / Motels all within your budget . & for a few $ more you could have 2 rooms.

What you really want is a place to sleep that is clean & safe for 1 night that is in easy driving distance from Airport & near Villa

There are Days Inn , Travelodge , Holiday Inns , All just off the Hwy I4 & Hwy 27

Or Off Hwy 27 & on Hwy 192

All these are within 15 miles MAX of Disney .

We are staying at the Villas at the Caribe Royale.

I was considering booking a regular 1 bedroom for the night before our official arrival, but according to the website they DO charge for more than 2 adults in the room. That would bring the one night close to $150. I wonder if calling and explaining my situation would help. We have stayed with them many times before. We could also do buena vista suites for the 1 night.

I agree that Caribe Royale is overlooked on this board. It is a fantastic property, and very reasonably priced.
