You might call the teacher (or write a note for your child to bring back the next day) and ask for a few pointers to get started with. Also, what is the question to be answered namely is Page 2 with the questions missing?
What grade? For first or second grade this could be an English pronunciation lesson, namely to be read aloud.
To the OP: Is that what the Excel spreadsheet looked like on the screen or is that what you got when you cut and pasted? Hand type instead of cut and paste if the latter causes duplicate words or funny symbols or phrases out of order to appear. In Disboards separate hand typed words with periods instead of spaces if you can space things out better that way (an example is in one of the replies above)
