need help

Where do I find the hours of the parks for May. I want to make reservations to eat at but dont know which days to do it. I have decided so far we are going to eat at Boma, Ohanas, 1900 Parkfare, Trails End. oh yeah and Cindy's breakfast. I am really disappointed at california grill not being open wanted to really do the icecream social. Did I miss any really good restaurants? I was thinking about spoodles or chef mickeys good choices?
