Need help!!

I feel like I am in a dilema!! I am taking my DD (4) to disney for her 5th bday. We plan on staying from Nov 28 to Dec 8. Heres the problem: we are using a coworkers time share to stay at one of the deluxes, a couple months ago we gave a list of our order of preferences however we still dont have a confirmed reservation. My coworker calls on a weekly basis but still to no prevail.
The real problem is that our ADR is coming up on June 1st and I have a list that I want to make ressies for. The most important is the day of her bday (of course). I would like to make a ADR to CRT (breakfast) and 1900 PF(dinner), however obviously I will not have a dining plan set up to do that! Is it possible that I could still make my ADRs for this trip and when everything gets confirmed call back to change it to the dining plan? Please any information would be greatly appreciated! 1900 PF will be no problem, since it's not a pre-paid meal.

CRT, could be an issue though. From reports on this board, some people have had success in modifying the ADR ahead of time. More people have either been flat out told no, or that they'd have to cancel the ADR and rebook under the plan. If you're able to pay for it now and then wait until you dine to get reimbursed, that would be the recommended way (but, it can't hurt to call once you do get the resort reservation taken care of).

My recollection from last time I booked CRT - 9/08 was that they took a credit card no. when I called and told me I'd be charged if we were a no show, when we showed I gave them the KTTW card and told them we were on the dinning plan. Same thing with Hoop dee doo 12/09 - credit card no., warning it would be charged if we didn't show. Has this changed - oops, just read I wasn't charged because I was on the DP, never mind.
Can your co-worker reserve @ another DVC (like SSR - which seems to be available lots) so that you can buy your DDP and then wait list you where you really want to be? You might ask about that on the DVC threads.
