I don't know how to help you, except say to use Internet Explorer, but I didn't see that you got accepted! Congratulations! When did you get accepted and where did you get accepted for?
 
Do not call the hotline. They will not be able to help you.

Email tech support at:

wdw.college.techsupport@disney.com

Explain your problem, give them your role, name, and Applicant number.

Then wait. They usually get back to you within 48 hours, except it's a weekend, so you'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday.
 

Same thing happened to me.

Use internet explorer. After it takes you to the assessment fee again (you will get an e-mail saying your fee went through, dont worry, they WONT re-withdrawl from you account) your internet explorer will pop up with a "Yes or No" type choice. Click No (I think). I kept clicking yes and my session would no move forward. I believe that's where the problem is. Try that and see if it works.
