I am planning an advance trip for mid-April 2010 for a four night, three day stay in Orlando. I have been to Orlando many times before, but I have never planned a trip!

I need to start now, so any help would be great! Here are the parameters...

1) I'm thinking about attending three parks- Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Holywood Studios. I've been to all of these many times so I don' think I want to change them unless you can convince me otherwise...

2) I am not made of a lot of money.:sad2: so it would be great if I could stay in a place nearby to the parks and is not a really dingy place. But, like I said, money is most definetly a factor. It would be myself, my dad and two friends (one of which is a girl) so sleeping arrangements are important (maybe three beds is the only way?) Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

3) Crowds during that time of the year. I want to do a lot, but I've never been there in the spring before, and like I said above, I'm not mad of money so it would be extremely hard to afford Express Passes. Any pointers?

4) Good and Cheap places to eat on CityWalk?

5) Any other advice would help?

Thank You. :goodvibes

i don't think i can give much advice for the trip you have planned in mid 2010.

so much can change between now and then on crowd patterns and places to stay and to eat at.

there is one thing you could do now to save money and buy the UO park tickets now and hang onto them for the future.

what is available now for city walk and off site hotels, might not be the there or the same when you plan to go.

i would advise you to use expedia and one of the other travel sites to get an idea of locations that could suit you bed space wise and approximately to both parks.

::yes::

A good way to save on hotel costs is to use Hotwire. I always use them and have never been disappointed. I always pick at least a 3*. Last trip to Orlando I got the Sheraton Studio City for $52/night.
