Need Help !!!

I logged TiDoubleGer on twice this morning and then had to log off. When I went to log back on again, it sent me right back to the login screen. I tried my husband's computer and then much later my laptop and all did the same thing.

I wrote to Contact Us - I Think I'm Banned, but have not heard anything. Meanwhile, I can log on any other character except for me.

Now I did have this happen twice before where I can only login hubby and another player on my laptop, but I have never been shut out on 3 computers?

Any suggestions??

Usually if I'm sent back to the log-in screen, it's because I typed either my log-in name or password wrong :)

I use RoboForm, so I do not have to type anything in except for the first letter and then it fills in the password and email address. Thanks though :goodvibes
 

uninstall shockwave and flash and reinstall them

use the instructions at www.adobe.com

Another great suggestion, but alas I am still getting kicked back to the login screen. Be GREAT if hubby, who works in IT for a hospital, would try and figure this out for me, but he thinks it is not that important :sad1:

Type it out in notepad or something and then copy and paste into the forms.

Since I use RoboForm it does not allow me to type it out :sad2: However, I did have to type it out on hubby's computer and it still kicked me back to login.
 
did you ever check your ban status? I know you mentioned it as a possibilty in the first post.

You can get an instant status on that using contact us and then choosing "i think i am banned"

Did you try this? It's the first thing I'd suggest, too, just to rule out a problem with your autofiller; first hand type it, and then type it someplace where you can see what you're typing and then copy and paste.

Edit: haha, I see you have. Sorry. Have you tried resetting your password, then?

Sent a note to Contact Us - I Think I'm banned AND another to I can't enter the kingdom. Still no response from either :sad1:
 
actually, if she was banned it would tell her that, this is probably the same thing that happened last time... try logging into Disney Guest Services with that login ID and password and see if it tells you that you are banned, if so, you will have to contact guest services to get it fixed.
 
Tigger this does sound a lot like what happened to a bunch of us awhile back. You may have been banned from Disney sites and not from vmk - which is what happened to us accidentally. As someone said, try logging into any other disney site. If you can't log in there, try guest services.
 
Think i had this happen before. I believe it was a password problem. Check the site for "forgot my password".
 
Tigger you need to call the internet group and make them stay on the phone until you get your ban lifted
there is a 800# Floating around the board somewhere from the last time this problem hit a dozen ppl here :)
 
Thanks for all the suggestions :goodvibes If anyone can help me out with the links and phone numbers, it would be greatly appreciated. I just do not have the time to go through all the pages here on Dis looking for that information while I am taking care of both my parents.

UPDATE: Received 3 emails from VMK_Stripes, 2 of which have to do with me wanting to reset my password :confused: while the first one said they are forwarding it to their technical team. Do I wait for the "technical team" or call ?

And I would NOT wait to call bc when this happened to me I got it fixed over the phone the same say but about a week later I got a call regarding the Email I had sent lol
Phone is faster :)
