Need help

I'm fairly new and need some technical help..hope I'm asking in the right place! I admit I'm not the swiftest with computers but I can't seem to figure out how to stop the replies to my posts from coming to me email...I clicked on to the link it told me to..then I got stuck!

Go to User CP, then edit options, then go down to default thread subscription mode. You can turn it off there.
