Need help with wine add-on for dining plan.

Went ahead and signed up for the wine add-on for the dining plan for an upcoming trip. Can't find much about it on the official site or All Ears. Anyone used it yet? The gist of it is a bottle of wine per day, I wonder if you have to get it at your table service meal, or can you just grab a bottle at the resort store? Any help is greatly appreciated,
