Need Help with using movie rewards points for Enchanted Calls

Help! I used some of my movie rewards points to get a code for the Enchanted Calls for my kids. I got on the site, arranged for the calls, then when I tried to check out things went sour. I put in the promotion code, but the form won't go through without an expiration date?!?! Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Doin' the double digit dance until my kids' first trip!!

Exp. on code is 12/07. I still couldn't get it to work and sent an email to the company and they had to set it up.
