Need help with timing for ETWB and lunch reservation?

I was thinking of getting a fastpass for Enchanted Tales with Belle for 11:30am-12:30am if it is available and our lunch reservations is at BOG for 12:25pm.
How long to expect for ETWB with a fastpass?
If we arrive at ETWB at 11:30 will we make it in time for our lunch reservation at BOG for 12:25 ?
At least they are close together so that will help.
